Use this service if you've requested pre-application advice, but we haven't accepted your request yet.
Before you get started
You can make a payment for our pre-application advice service online. You'll need the address of the site or property you've made a pre-application advice request for.
Alternatively, you can make a payment by cheque, payable to Swale Borough Council. If you pay be cheque, you should send it to Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT.
What happens next
Once we've received your payment, we'll review your application for pre-application advice.
