Change or cancel your garden waste subscription
Use this service if you already have a garden waste subscription, and you'd like to make a change to it. Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription altogether, if you don't need it anymore.
You can use this service to tell us:
- you're moving home and you want to keep your garden waste subscription
- you want to change the name on the subscription
- you want to change the email address or phone number on the subscription
Before you get started
You can make a change to your garden waste subscription online. You'll need your:
- address and postcode
- garden waste reference number
What happens next
Once we've received your request, we'll update your garden waste subscription within 5 working days.
