Moving home, change, or cancel your Garden Waste Subscription
Use this service if you already have a garden waste subscription, and you'd like to:
- tell us you're moving
- cancel your subscription altogether
- make some other change to your subscription, like your email address, phone number, or name
Before you get started
You can make a change to your garden waste subscription online. You'll need your:
- address and postcode
- garden waste reference number
What happens next
Once we've received your request, we'll update your garden waste subscription within 5 working days.
