Club Premises Certificates

To apply for a club premises certificate, you’ll need to complete an application form and pay a fee.

You’ll need to visit GOV.UK to apply for a club premises certificate. You will also need to download, complete and return a declaration (PDF 159kb).

You can return your declaration separately to licensing@swale.gov.uk.

What happens next

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll run a public consultation.

Before we make a decision on your application, we may visit your premises up to 21 days after we’ve received your application. We’ll tell you within 48 hours of our visit if we’re going to visit.

Once we’ve made a decision, we’ll tell you.
