Report a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed certificate
Use this service to request a copy of your club premises certificate if it has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
To request a copy of your club premises certificate, you’ll need to email our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk.
What happens next
If we’re satisfied that your certificate is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, we’ll issue you with a copy.
