Use this service to tell us if there’s a fault with your Swale Link radio equipment.
If the Swale Link radio equipment is lost, stolen or deliberately damaged, you may need to pay to repair or replace it.
Before you get started
To tell us about a fault with your Swale Link radio equipment, email radios@swale.gov.uk. You’ll need to include:
- business name
- number of radios held
- number of radios faulty
- description of fault
What happens next
Once you’ve reported a problem with your radio equipment, we’ll review description of fault.
Equipment will either be replaced or the customer may be charged for damage
We’ll respond to you report within 2 to 3 working days.
