Retailer Shop Radio System - Swale Link

Swale Link helps prevent crime by providing businesses with ways to share information about incidents, including reports of shop lifters and anti-social behaviour. It provides:

  • radio equipment to keep in touch with other businesses
  • the Swale Link website where you can view and report incidents

Swale Link is accredited to the national standards for Business Crime Reduction Partnerships (BCRP) by the National Association of Business Crime Partnerships.

To join Swale Link, you’ll need to pay a fee.

There are two types of membership:

  • associate membership
  • full membership

Associate membership provides you with access to Swale Link's website only whereas full membership provides access to the radio equipment and Swale Link's website.

Associate membership costs £100.

For full membership, you'll pay:

  • £150 if you're a charity
  • £200 if you're an independent business
  • £350 if you have more than one shop in Swale

Signing up to Swale Link's website is optional for full membership but we recommend it.

The Swale Link website allows you to report and view information about incidents that other Swale Link members have reported.
