Appealing our decision

Use this service if you’re applied to join the Swale Link scheme, we’ve made our decision and you don’t agree with it.

If you don’t agree with our decision, you’ll need to appeal to the Swale Link Board.

Appeals must be made in writing within 14 days of our decision – you will need to email radios@swale.gov.uk and include the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Business Representative Name
  • Reason for appeal

The named Business Representative will be invited to the next Board of Management meeting for the purpose of appeal in person.  The decision after this will be final.

At the end of any removal period, the business must submit a new application for Membership of the Partnership which will be considered on its merits at the time of application.
