Council Tax
Use this service to see information about your Council Tax account, including things like:
- your account balance
- the last payment you made
- how you pay your Council Tax
- the letters we've issued to you
You will need to add your Council Tax Support claim to your My Services account before you can see information about it.
If you’ve already added the Council Tax service to your My Services account, you’ll need to login to see information about your Council Tax account.
Adding the Council Tax service
To add the Council Tax service to your My Services account, you’ll need to click ‘Add Service’ on the My Services dashboard after you’ve logged in.
To add the Council Tax service to your My Services account, you’ll be asked:
- for your Council Tax Support reference number
- to answer some questions about your Council Tax Support to confirm your identity
After you've entered your Council Tax Support reference number, click 'Access Now' to continue.
