Reporting issues with My Services
If you're having problems accessing your My Services account, you can email our support team at myservices@swale.gov.uk.
You'll need to include details of what's happened, for example:
- if your account is locked out
- if you're having difficulty with your password or your security question
Being specific means we'll be able to help you quicker.
We'll investigate your issue and respond to you as soon as possible.
Please don't contact our support team to report a change, missed bins or potholes, for example, as your email may not be forwarded to the appropriate department. Our My Services portal is only for benefits, Council Tax and business rates.
If you need to contact Revenues or Benefits to report changes or provide information for example, please use the online contact form.
If your issue relates to another service, please visit our contact us page.
