Reset login details

Use this service if you already have a My Services account but you’ve forgotten your username or password.

Reset your username

To reset your My Services username, you’ll need the email address you used to register for your My Services account.

Once you’ve reset your My Services username, you’ll receive an email which includes your username reminder.

Reset your password

To reset your My Services password, you’ll need:

  • your username
  • the answer to your security question

You'll need to enter the answer to your security question exactly as you did when you registered for your My Services account.

Once you’ve reset your My Services password, you’ll receive an email which includes a link.

When you click the link in the email, you’ll be asked to choose a new password for your My Services account.
