Housing Options

You can contact our housing team online.

The Housing Options team can help you if you're homeless, being threatened with homelessness or you need any advice about your housing situation.

If you're currently at risk of homelessness or are already homeless, you can complete an online enquiry form on the Kent Homechoice website.

If you're homeless tonight and need urgent help, you can call 01795 417485 between 9am and 12:30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you need urgent help outside of office hours you can call our out of hours number after 5pm Monday to Thursday, or after 1:30pm on Friday.

If you are a professional wanting to refer someone that is homeless or threatened with homelessness, please complete a Duty to Refer form online.

Housing Register

You can apply to the Housing Register, manage your application details and send the team a message on the Kent Homechoice website. Alternatively, you can contact our housing team online about the housing register.

Private Sector Housing

The Private Sector Housing team can help you with things like applying for a housing grant, making a complaint about your landlord or licensing a house in multiple occupation.
