Discharge of the conditions on a Planning Application
Use this service if you've received the results of a land charges search, and you want us to confirm the discharge of conditions on a planning application.
To make a request, you'll need to:
- email us
- pay a fee
You'll need to pay:
- £88 if the conditions related to a householder planning application
- £298 for other types of planning application
Before you get started
Before you make your request, you'll need the:
- planning reference number
- numbers of the planning conditions you want use to check
To ask us to confirm the discharge of a planning condition, email these details to PSTechnical@midkent.gov.uk.
Once you've sent you email, you'll need to make the appropriate payment online, before we can process your request.
What happens next
Once you've emailed us and we've received the payment for your request, we'll aim to contact you within 10 working days.
