Section 106 Planning Obligation
Use this service if you've received the results of a land charges search, and you want us to confirm compliance with a Section 106 planning obligation.
To make a request, you'll need to:
- email us
- pay a fee of £116 for each Section 106 agreement you want us to check
Before you get started
Before you make your request, you'll need the:
- date of the Section 106 agreement you want us to check
- your planning reference number
- any other relevant information you think is necessary
The date of the Section 106 agreement can be found on your land charges search.
To ask us to confirm compliance with a Section 106 planning obligation, email these details to PSTechnical@midkent.gov.uk.
Once you've sent you email, you'll need to make a payment of £116 online, before we can process your request.
What happens next
Once you've emailed us and we've received the payment for your request, we'll aim to contact you within 10 working days.
