Planning Enforcement Notice
Use this service if you've received the results of a land charges search, and you want us to confirm compliance with a planning enforcement notice.
To make a request, you'll need to:
- email us
- pay a fee of £100
Before you get started
Before you make your request, you'll need the:
- address of the property you want us to check against
- case reference number you received when you made your land charges search on the property
To ask us to confirm compliance with a planning enforcement notice, email PSTechnical@midkent.gov.uk.
Once you've sent you email, you'll need to make a payment of £100 online, before we can process your request.
What happens next
Once you've emailed us and we've received the payment for your request, we'll aim to contact you within 10 working days.
