Personal Licences
Apply
To apply for a personal licence, you’ll need to:
- download and complete an application form (PDF 404kb) and a declaration of any convictions form (PDF 154kb)
- pay £37
Once you’ve completed the form and declaration, you’ll need to email it to our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk. You’ll need to include evidence that you’ve received an accredited licensing qualification.
What happens next
Once we’ve received your application, you'll need to pay the fee before we can process your application.
