Use this service to request a copy of your personal licence if yours has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
You'll need to pay £10.50 to tell us your personal licence has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Before you get started
You can tell us your personal licence has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed online. You'll need your:
- personal licence reference number
- contact details
What happens next
If we’re satisfied that your licence has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, we will send you a copy of it.
