Personal Licences
Tell us about a conviction
Use this service if you’ve applied for a personal licence and you’ve:
- been convicted of a relevant offence or an offence committed outside England and Wales
- had to pay an immigration penalty
If you don’t tell us, you could receive a fine and your licence may be revoked.
To tell us, you’ll need to email our Licensing team at licensing@swale.gov.uk.
What happens next
Once we’ve received your email, we’ll take it into consideration when we make a decision about your application.
