We are currently experiencing problems with payments for parking penalty charge notices online. You can still pay by calling the phone number on your PCN. If this affects your ability to pay within a deadline, please contact parking@swale.gov.uk

What happens next
Once we’ve received your application for a family entertainment centre gaming machine permit, we’ll run a public consultation.
You may need to publish a notice, stating your intention to apply for a permit.
If your application is:
- successful, we’ll send you your permit, together with any conditions we set
- unsuccessful, we’ll write to you to let you know
If your permit comes into effect on:
- the date it’s issued, you’ll need to pay your first annual fee within 30 days of that date
- a date after it’s issued, you’ll need to pay your first annual fee by that date, within 30 days or within 12 months, whichever is sooner
