Buying a beach hut

Use this service if you want to buy a beach hut.

Once you've joined the beach hut waiting list, we'll contact you if a beach hut becomes available.

You'll have two weeks to accept our offer of a beach hut. If you don't reply to us within two weeks, we may offer it to someone else.

To buy a beach hut you'll need to pay the market price at the time, plus a ground rent of £550. The ground rent is reviewed each year.

If you decide to accept the beach hut, we'll send you an invoice. You'll need to pay the invoice in full to complete the purchase of your beach hut.

You can pay your invoice online. Details of more payment options are also available on the invoice.
