Joining the waiting list

Use this service to join the beach hut waiting list and pay your waiting list deposit.

The deposit you'll need to pay will depend on whether you're intending to rent or buy a beach hut.

Before you get started

You can join the beach hut waiting list and pay your waiting list deposit online. You'll need:

  • a credit or debit card
  • your address including your postcode
  • email address if you have one
  • phone number
  • preferred location which can be either Minster or Leysdown

You should indicate whether you intend to rent or buy a beach hut.

What happens next

Once we've received your request to join the beach hut waiting list, and your waiting list deposit we'll add you to the beach hut waiting list.

You'll get your waiting list deposit back once you:

  • start your tenancy if you're renting a beach hut
  • purchase a beach hut

You won't receive a refund if you change your mind and decide not to continue waiting for a beach hut, including if you move out of Swale.
