Selling your beach hut

Use this service if you purchased your beach hut and you want to sell.

Telling us you're intending to sell

Before you can sell your beach hut to anyone else, it will be offered to those on the beach hut waiting list first.

You can tell us you're intending to sell your beach hut online. You should include:

  • your full name
  • your address and postcode
  • the location of your beach hut

What happens next

Once you've completed the online form telling us you're intending to sell your beach hut, we'll respond, confirming your intention to sell.

You'll need to wait two weeks from the date you receive our confirmation before you can sell your beach hut on the open market.
