Cancel a weekly hire
Use this service to cancel a weekly hire if you've already accepted our offer of a beach hut, and your hire period hasn't started yet.
If you're cancelling your weekly hire:
- less than a month before your tenancy starts, you'll need to pay 20% of your weekly hire fee
- one month or more before your hire period starts, you won't need to pay
Before you get started
You can cancel a weekly hire online. You'll need to include:
- your name and contact number
- your booking reference
- the location of your hire, either Leysdown or Minster
What happens next
Once we've received your email, we'll review it.
