Ending an Annual Tenancy
Use this service if you're renting a beach hut annually and you want to end your tenancy early.
You must give us four week's notice to end your annual tenancy.
If you end your tenancy early you won't receive a refund for the remaining months of your tenancy.
Before you get started
You can end your tenancy online. You'll need:
- your full name
- your address and postcode
- the location of your beach hut
What happens next
Once we've received your request to end your annual tenancy early, we'll review it and get in touch.
