Cancel a Weekly Rental
Use this service to cancel a weekly rental if you've already accepted our offer of a beach hut, and your tenancy hasn't started yet.
If you're cancelling your rental:
- less than a month before your tenancy starts, you'll need to pay 20% of your weekly rent
- one month or more before your tenancy starts, you won't need to pay
Before you get started
You should email beachhuts@swale.gov.uk to cancel a weekly rental. You'll need to include:
- your name and contact number
- your booking reference
- the location of your rental, either Leysdown or Minster
What happens next
Once we've received your email, we'll review it.
You'll need to pay 20% of your weekly rent if you cancel your rental within one month of your tenancy starting.
We'll contact you if we need more information.
