Use this service if you already have a clinical waste bag and you need it collecting from your home.

This service is for residential properties only.
Before you get started
To book a collection, you'll need to call our Customer Services team on 01795 417888. You’ll need your address, including your postcode.
What happens next
We'll collect clinical waste bags either weekly or fortnightly. We'll discuss this with your when you call us.
Once you've contacted us we’ll aim to collect your clinical or sharps waste within 14 days.
