Order and replace bins and sacks

Some services may be affected following the closure of our offices due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. For more information, visit our coronavirus page.

Replace a damaged bin

You can use this service to replace a lost or damaged:

  • green bin
  • blue bin
  • brown bin
  • food waste bin or silver caddy

Before you get started

To order a replacement bin, you’ll need to call our Customer Service team on 01795 417888. You’ll need:

  • your address, including your postcode
  • a description of the type of bin you need to replace

What happens next

We’ll replace your bin within 10 working days.

Once we've processed your request, you'll need to leave your lost or damaged bin at the boundary of your property for collection until the new one is delivered.

If you've ordered a replacement green bin, you'll receive a 180 Litre one.
