Replace a damaged bin
You can use this service to replace a lost or damaged:
- green bin
- blue bin
- brown bin
- food waste bin or silver caddy
You'll need to pay £30 to replace a green or blue bin, including where you've moved into a property that doesn't have green or blue bins. You can pay:
- by credit or debit card
- by cheque
- using a Paypoint card, for cash payments
Before you get started
To order a replacement bin, you’ll need to call our Customer Service team on 01795 417888. You’ll need:
- your address, including your postcode
- a description of the type of bin you need to replace
What happens next
We’ll replace your bin within 15 working days.
If you've told us your bin is damaged and you want a replacement, you'll need to leave it at the boundary of your property for collection until the new one is delivered.
If you've ordered a replacement green bin, you'll receive a 180 Litre one.
