Order and replace bins and sacks
Replace a lost or damaged bin
You can use this service to replace a lost or damaged:
- green bin
- blue bin
- brown bin
- food waste bin or silver caddy (these are replaced free of charge)
You'll need to pay £32 to replace a green or blue bin, including where you've moved into a property that doesn't have green or blue bins. You can pay:
- by credit or debit card
- by cheque
- using a PayPoint card, for cash payments
You can only order a replacement brown bin if you’ve already subscribed to our garden waste service.
Before you get started
You can order a replacement bin online. You’ll need:
- a credit or debit card
- your garden waste subscription reference number, if you’re ordering a replacement brown bin
- your address, including your postcode

What happens next
We’ll replace your bin within 15 working days.
If you've told us your bin is damaged and you want a replacement, you'll need to leave it at the boundary of your property for collection until the new one is delivered.
If you've ordered a replacement green bin, you'll receive a 180 Litre one.
