Order and replace bins and sacks
There is currently a delay on bin deliveries and you may experience longer delays than usual for delivery of a wheeled bin. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Get more clear bin sacks
Use this service if you've run out of clear recycling sacks and you want to know where you can get some more.
This service is for residential properties that have their household waste collected in sacks and who don't have space for wheelie bins. Clear sacks are for blue bin (recycling) only. They shouldn't be used for green bin (general) or brown bin (garden) waste.
If you’ve run out of black sacks before your next delivery, you’ll need to buy some more from your local convenience store or supermarket. We’ll deliver black sacks to you twice a year, once in June and again in December.
If you haven't received a delivery of clear sacks, you'll need to contact our Customer Service Team on 01795 417888 no later than the end of July if you've missed a June delivery or the end of January if you've missed a December delivery.

You can get more clear sacks for recyclable household waste from our offices at Sheerness, Sittingbourne and Faversham.
