Settlement Hierarchy

There is a need to assess the sustainability of the settlements within the Borough to understand how our towns, villages and smaller settlements function. This study (PDF 628KB) reviews the existing settlement hierarchy by auditing the current provision of services and facilities in the Borough’s settlements and recommending whether it should be taken forwards as is or re-structured.
